О MediaDataLab
The Center for Media Research and Development of Education "Media Data Lab" which in the course of its activities is engaged in analysis and research was created to develop high-quality journalism in Uzbekistan. In addition to training groups of people, the Media Data Lab team doesn't stop there, and therefore is constantly learning, developing and improving itself. We are constantly looking to establish networking with innovators and innovative media projects. At the same time, the emphasis we are doing is on studying the development models of journalism and investigative journalism in the post-soviet countries.
Our goals
- Providing digital transformation advice to media organizations, especially in areas where media and experts are on the path to developing quality journalism;
- Creation of an interactive platform for the development of free large-scale open online resources available to journalists, providing tools that promote modern trends, quality media production, mastery of skills and abilities.
Our another important goal is to organize an independent expertise on the development of the media space of Uzbekistan, improve the information exchange of local journalists with foreign media and colleagues, analytical and research centers around the world.
